Overview

Subject Matter

German FieldBots GmbH's FieldBots OS connects building-vicinity field service robots from various manufacturers for vacuum-cleaning, mopping, and mowing via direct cloud-to-cloud connections to the FieldBots Cloud. With this, your facility management can professionally operate a swarm of robots with hundreds of bots in real-time.

Technical Execution

FieldBots OS relies on modern yet proven technologies and software creation processes that can be described as state of the art. Additionally, there is an emphasis here on independence from the Cloud and other technology providers to further develop the product at any time in the interests of its customers.

Cloud Infrastructure

API-first Approach

All information in FieldBots OS is accessible via the microservices of FieldBots Connect, available at https://connect.fiedlbots.io/. Our Web, iOS, iPad OS, and Android apps use the same APIs. We created our complete documentation based on the OpenAPI standard to save you time and headaches. Whether you plan interface integrations for synchronizing the local directory with your ERP, automated reading of performance data, or creating an additional Cloud-to-Cloud connection.

Data Security

FieldBots OS and Connect were built with data security in mind. Following internet best practices, having established development processesprofessional operations, backup strategies, and allowing customer audits all add up to a high data security standard.

A sophisticated and documented roles and rights management allow IT departments to keep control of user access and privileges. In addition, Single-Sign-On is available upon request.
