As we deal directly with dealers and distributors in the respective country, we provide the technical support from the back end through technical support tickets (which can be issued in the FieldBots OS app itself). Also we have a Whatsapp chat support to your team (only for dealers) in case of urgent questions. Generally we only provide 2nd level support to our dealer partners but of course do everything to prepare you being able to provide the 1st level support for your customers.
